Our classes are full of fun, great technique and challenging exercises to help you achieve your results. These are not about choreography and although we do workout to music, the core of my fitness classes is to focus in achieving fast, great results all in good form.
WHAT IS GOOD FORM?
Generally, I am referring to a detailed and unyielding technique for a specific exercise. However, the truth is, good form is difficult to pin down, since the definition changes based on the particular exercise in question, as well as the particular person performing the exercise. In my opinion, good form can look different depending on the individual and the situation, individual’s needs and limitations. Form and technique are directly connected. One is a product, result, of the other. You have to first learn how to (technique) do an exercise in order to make it happen (good form). For example, we produce good running form when we run with good running technique.
Good technique and form is a combination of body stability and mobility in the areas worked on and when you apply good technique and move with good form, your body works together as a unit, rather than as a collection of parts.
WHY IS FORM IMPORTANT?
1- Because it will help you minimise the chances of injuries
2- as it must employ efficient body mechanics, it will help you to maximise strength and energy of the movement.

Is challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life. Insanity class format is the live version of best selling fitness program created by Shaun T who turned traditional interval training into max interval training doing long bursts of intense exercise followed by very short period of rest. Insanity is not easy, but we can all do it!

Is a low impact high intensity workout that will provide you hardcore results without straining your body. Anybody that enjoys the benefits of yoga and Pilates but get a bit bored with the sitting still in yoga and the microscopic movements in Pilates should try PiYo. This class isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes making you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up including your results by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
RIPPED (Resistance, Intervals, Plyometrics, Power Endurance & Diet)

A combination of strenght, high and low impact interval training workouts using a combination of body weight exercises, dumbells, resistance loop bands and fitness sliders. The program will start in January 2018 and will run for 4 weeks
Resistance training gives you the muscle tone and strength, High-intensity Intervals exercises will spike your heart rate but lets you have recovery in between sets tuning you into fat burning machine. Power incorporates a lot of strength and core based execises. Plyometrics will improve your overall sports conditioning, balance and coordination. Combining all of these will give help you develop Endurance which is the ability to sustain the necessary activity for sports or exercises over a prolonged period, without sustaining undue fatigue through the build up of lactic acid in your muscles. Diet is an important component for any healthy lifestyle and represents 80% of your results
